Please restore the uptick rule. It was only abolished so the speculators(gamblers)could have an unfair advantage. It troubles me that our government seems to bend over backward to justify wrong just so a privileged few can make more money. Try to quit rationalizing that no one is being hurt because they are. I guess that is all I have to say but when I see what the shorts are doing to individual companies with the blessing of our government regulatory agencies I am greatly saddened.
