Dear Madam Chairman, and members of the SEC:
I apologize if I am not submitting in the correct form as I am not familiar with the SEC procedures for public comment.
I am an investor in both my IRA and in my non-retirement accounts.
I am concerned about the need to reinstate the short sale "uptick" rule and about enforcing this and other short selling rules such as policing "naked" short selling. This is of concern to me in order to prevent further abuses of short sellling which harms all investors.
I became more aware of these abuses through Jim Cramer's Mad Money show on CNBC.
