You must regulate "short selling" , better yet outlaw the practice.Many company's have suffered irreversible damage to their equities and needlessly.This only further erodes the scarcity of new investors but ultimately will result in more indebtedness and eventual decline of our country
You have to deal with the "up tick rule" ,NOW before it is truly TOO late
