Please reinstate the uptick rule.
I am a new investor trying to repair my IRA, which has lost 60% of its value.
From what I have learned by reading (and listening to
financial shows on TV) removing the uptick rule was a
dangerous mistake which cost innocent investors the biggest loss of capital.
Even day traders seem to think its re-instatement won't be a problem to honest traders.
