I am in favor of the original " up tick rule " created after the last great depression.I dont think its fair the short" Big Boys" should have an advantage driving down stocks to the disadvantage of the individual investor. This rule worked well for many decades and I believe, recinding it contributed to our recent economic morass.thank you,tb
