Naked Short Selling , the selling of shares you did not borrow or dont have. it's plain and simple theft of the buyers money. these institutions selling shares they do not have and pocketing the money and giving an I OWE YOU or FTD is a Crime.
WE dont need more rules , WE NEED ENFORCEMENT
BAN naked short selling and put the ones in Jail for doing it
