I am an investor very frustrated with the system.How can a shorted trade go off on a stock I own everyday.The volume of this trade is always about half the volume for the day.This is a short by a market maker.Everyone knows the way trading is in the markets today is totally illegal.The naked short selling.Does the SEC have an answer.I dont know why we have to talk about the uptick rule for three months before we plan to do something.The goverment could change it tommorrow if they wanted to.Please respond with some kind of explaination to this pattern and a time table to get the uptick rule reinstated.
