Please, please, please, bring back the uptick rule. I'm not a big fan of the revised uptick proposals as I think some investors are still looking for ways to game the system. The original uptick rule worked quite well from the time it was enacted until the time it was repealed. I appreciate the SEC soliciting comments from the public but this rule needs to be reinstated as soon as possible.
