Hello,
I want the SEC to implement the "Market-Wide, Permanent Approach". I want to see the SEC re-instate the Uptick Rule as described here:
"Proposed Uptick Rule: A market-wide short sale price test based on the last sale price or tick (a proposed uptick rule)."
In addition, please enforce and tighten delivery requirements for borrowed shares used in Short Selling.
