Hello SEC,
Good morning sir,
Iam here to request you to please bring back the uptick rule since there are many shorters in the market trying to let down a lot of companies.one example of scape goat to this shorting is fre/fnm.this has been beaten down too much..,as long as the Dow/NASDAQ/s & p is down people would not believe that economy has improved..,this would be the bench mark.., and if companies are beaten down they layoff a lot of people and also request for bail out money which is the taxpayers hard earned savings in the govt
.If uptick rule is implemented companies will never fall down but instead make progress and hire people for jobs then people would start spending in retail, buy houses, cars..,economy would become stable back again..,
