-Please reinstate the uptick rule, sol that small investors will not have to invest in the market as a trader, but will be able to buy and hold their positions. When a stock is constantly shorted into oblivion, it can happen so quickly that the small investor doesn't have a fair chance to either pull out or regain their losses.
