Reinstate the uptick rule and stop the naked shorts like we have had for many years before 2007.
Was stupid to remove something that was working. It's illegal to manipulate stocks going up but not illegal to manipulate stocks going down.
Show some common sense and reinstate. Shouldn't even be a discussion.
With this kind of leadership, no wonder the banks and car companies are all broke. I'm probably worth more than Citicorp and Bank of America put together because I've at least got a positive net worth.
No leadership at the top companies or the SEC.
