Please help save us individual investors from the destructive short selling that is allowed to occur, reducing our 401k and IRA's as described repeatedly on Jim Cramer's MAD MONEY. Please reinstate the UPTICK RULE as it is good for American stock markets, and in turn the American investors. Thank you
