More companies are going to go under, if you do not reinstate the UPTICK RULE. They stopped the short selling in the Fall, all that did was stop the trading all together. We need to have safe trading, reinstate the Uptick Rule Now. I can see it in the stocks today, that there is short selling happening as we speak. Take this matter seriously.
