the uptick (1933) rule was put in place to protect me from BEAR raiders. I watch Madmoney on CNBC and I am outraged like Crammer by the recent stock market crash (recession). I want this rule reinstated. now I happend to find out by my mother and google that $0.05 bought a large loaf of bread back than and today its $3.00. I beleive the uptick rule should be related to a loaf of bread. Please put it the uptick rule back at $3.00.
