please reinstate the uptick so that we the people, the little guy can at least have a fighting chance in trying to make money so we can send our kids to college and maybe retire with a little more than hopefully a social security check the without the uptick rule the millionaires and hedge funds can do what ever they want they have bleed us dry for too long only you the regulators you can stop them and bring order to capitalism thank you very much .signed a guy trying to get buy
