Please reinstate the original uptick rule, not a watered down one see if you can clamp down on "naked" short selling while you are at it.
I am a small investor and listen to Jim Cramer on Mad Money, he makes a lot of sense when he talks about small investors and how hard it is for us to get a fair shake.
If it were up to me I would ban all short selling ETFs.
Anyway, thanks for asking for my opinion.
