I would hope that the SEC will take the advice of FORMER and PRESENT MAJOIR WALL STREET PLAYER.who are saying "bring back the UP-TICK rule.As being with out it helped bring about the present CRISIS we are in. THIS HAS BEEN REPEATED MANY TIME'S BY "JIM CRAMER" THE EX-GOLDMAN SACH trader and man WHO ran his "OWN HEGE FUND" "LISTEN TO MAD MONEY" AND BRING BACK THE UP-TICK RULE.as this well level the "playing field"for the small investor.
