As an owner of SIRI stock I have been damaged by the shorts that have relentlessly driven down this stock. They have done no good for this fine company. They dont even own the stock, they just borrow it so they can bet against the company. Certainly you should not be able to short any stock that is under $1. The purpose of the stock market is to buy companies you like not to sell companies you dont own.
