Reinstate the uptick rule for short sellers.
Monitor Hedge Fund Activities.
The average investor was "blindsided" by recent
market activity. The mortgage mess and hybred
investments have not been properly examined. Too
much "greed" that has left the average investor
at a disadvantage. We have no voice and our votes
on proxies mean nothing. Company management are not
the owners and the Board of Directors are not doing
their job as a watch-dog but are in the "pocket" of
top management.
