How is short selling legal in the first place.
In any other business, you can think of, when you sell what you don't own they put you in jail. The corruption level on wall street is mind boggling and the reality is that the small investor doesn't stand a chance. Abolishing short selling would be the first step of restoring confidence in the validity of the markets.
