The laws of this contry, and one would presume the DUTY of the agencies of the governement, should be guided by the best interest of the majority of it's citizens.
Therefore, the facts clearly show that only the few and the hedge funds have been the ones to PROFIT from the rescinding of the uptick rule.
There is no justification to allow the continued abuses that have resulted from it's reversal and I beleive it should be reinstated in the strictest form possible.
