The uptick rule should be reinstated as it was. I can't even figure out why you would consider anything else. Removal/revision of the rule is a license to rob the small, average investor. There would be no point in investing,and without us what happens to wall street? Do only the wealthy count? Who supports them?
Reinstate uptick rule, stop short sellers from stealing from us. Do your job and surprise us all.
