How can it possibly be legal or moral for someone to "borrow" my shares, where I am long, and without my knowledge or authorization, in order to sell them, often in concert with their cronies, which will have the affect of driving down the price, which goes entirely against my best interests? Thank you for letting me ask this question, this is the first time in my life, that I have been able to "talk" directly to my government, and it's a big deal to me, I commend you for that.
