Good day,
It is extremely important that you reinstate the uptick rule that was in place for 70 years. We can not continue to permit the short Sellers, e,g., naked short selling, to continue. We must have the old uptick rule back not a watered down version.
Trust in the market has been tremendously damaged. Please re-establish the uptick rule that was deemed so necessary during the great depression.
