i strongly support the aproval of the uptick rule.in addition there are too many double and triple short etf's that are causing serious problems in the market. i recommend they be eliminated. the sec has closed their eyes to the seriousness of this problem . you can do the right thing here....your reputation is on the line.all americans need your support on this.
