Dear sirs
I would like to add my voice to those in favor of re-establishing the uptic rule. It doesn't take Shelock Holmes to see the correlation between when our current economic woes began and when the uptic rule was abolished.
Please return it to us little investors who are investing in our recovery so that we can at least get a fair shot at it before we lose our shirts.
