Thank you for the opportunity to comment on the SHO proposals.
I think that to reduce market volatility, and diffuse coordinated attacks on banks and other institutions, via privet electronic communication means, the UPTICK rule needs to be reinstated to prior the change stage.
There is no need for any new modified rules.
