Please restore the uptick rule was we knew it prior to 2007. There seems to adequate proof that naked short selling and the lack of an uptick rule greatly contributed to the drastic market decline of late last year and the beginning of this year.

While you're at it, please consider banning current and future ETFs (ie SKF). They don't perform as advertised and only serve to work against the individual investor at the expense (or should I say gain) or the institutional investors and hedge funds.

Thanks for your efforts to level the playing field and restore confidence in the markets for the individual investor.
