Most of my retirement savings are gone, even as a conservative investor during my work years. I knew that I was investing and could lose money, but I never thought that it would be this bad. How can the SEC allow naked short sellers manipulate the market without even owning a stock. How can you allow you allow short sellers to destroy the financial industry and businesses that were in my retirement plan before they disappeared.
Please help the little guy out here who is just trying to get by with our meager retirement investments.
Restore the up-tick rule, and eliminate naked shorting. When they are restored,do not let them become watered down so that they are merely a sham, and a laughing stock.
Do what is right for all of us, not just the greedy ones who could care less about what is happening to the rest of us.
