Please, no more games.

There has been enough study done to reveal the advantages professionals have over the common investor, who are actually the meat of the investing body...

The failure of the SEC to regulate meaning "limit pile on of short orders" as well as the "naked selling of phantom shares" is turning would be investors and long term investors away from the markets..

How about YOU, who run the SEC? Do you have investments? Do you feel safe or secure with your re-investment into the nation that pays your wages with the taxes of those who agree to pay these wages in exchange for fair and prudent regulatory actions...

If YOU, any who work at the SEC -- cannot assert "ABSOLUTE FAITH" that your own reinvestment of capital in the nation that protects and defends us is safe, then you must return the "UP Tick Rule" without games, without loop-holes, without cracks to allow professionals to exploit the share value of those who support our capital markets?

If YOU, any who work at the SEC -- believe there is something wrong with selling stock that has not actually been borrowed (thus represent phantom shares), then you must take steps to close this activity down, and provide legal authority to those who defend the common investor without bias as some assert has been allowed pros..

If the SEC cannot admit mistakes of the past, please consider leaving your seats to those who can..

Thank you
