Okay,,,duh.........,,,,,,,,Let's make it easier for thieves and grifters to rape shareholders of their hard-earned money.Let's do something to ensure that a stock will be trashed to the lowest of lows.
Let's get rid of the uptick rule? WOW Great Idea

The uptick rule should be re-instated........anything to slow the thieves from raping a companys' share price should be in place and be enforced.PERIOD

The SEC needs to stop protecting the guilty....this smells rotten to the core and gives the "appearance" that "someone(s)" intentionally dumped the uptick rule just prior to a financial collapse the world has not seen since 1929.The timing seems to be way to convenient.
After re-instating the uptick rule please follow through with prosecuting the Grifters who are behind removing the uptick rule.
They either did it for financial gain or are just plain stupid.I think it's the former rather than the latter.
If this is found to be done Intentionally for Financial gain ,,,,,,,the GUILTY parties should be hung by the neck until dead for Treason against the USA.
