I strongly support this action by the SEC. As a stock holder of CROX which has been mercilessly battered by naked shorting since 10/31/07, it is a welcome move by the SEC. Please do not falter in the pursuit of justice for the victims of this practice. And,if I may suggest, it would add further confidence in the market if the uptick rule could be restored. Thank you.
