The S.E.C. has failed to do it's job!
It has been M.I.A. in preventing the massive destruction of shareholder wealth!
It has taken a "hands off" (laissez-faire) approach to regulation that has allowed the foxes to clean out the hen house!
"Naked short selling", the elimination of the uptick rule, and a laissez-faire (do nothing) approach to regulation has given Hedge Funds ownership of the stock market.
Hedge Funds OWN the S.E.C.!!!
As a conservative Republican I am outraged at this administration and it's allowing Hedge Funds to control the stock market with the help of the S.E.C.!!!
