Greetings
I must ask, after watching the small penny stocks being shorted on a daily basis? I thought that the rules were that one could not short any stock under 5.00 each, please inform me of the rules on this problem?
Also, after many years, I was wonder just who shorted the airline stock just days before 9/11, I had heard that is was connected with our own government, is this true, and being able to catch MARTHA STEWART just minutes after she had sold her stocks in the firm , before the failure news was going to be announced to the public. You should now know who the one with previous knowledge of 9/11 was.
