How am I supposed to sell mutual funds when the regulators (the SEC) is in bed with the hedge funds and the both of you together are conspiring to defraud those regular investors who do not believe short sales and in particular naked short sales are appropriate investment devices?
Since the SEC changed the uptick rule the market has gone straight down. THE SEC IS AT FAULT FOR THIS ROTTEN MARKET.
