-Naked Shorting is illegal - stop the robery please.
Look at LDK - I have.
I witnessed a number of ask prices that were substantially lower than the last sale this week and with stellar earnings
1.29 vs expectations of .42, the stock did not move up as US competitors stocks have in the past. This company is haeavily naked shorted - about 35-40% of the available float.
It would appears to most of us now is that the SEC is complicit in this rape of the American public. Your delay is absolutely insane
We probably need to abolish the SEC
