Hello,
Please enforce the rules you have on short selling immediately and not wait until Monday. Not only finacials are being shorted, then shorted again. Please stop the fear in the market. Mr. Cox has the power to re-instate the UPTICK RULE. Please do this on Monday.
Our retirement has lost 40 percent in 8 months, and I would like to take care of myself in retirement.
Short Selling is not fair because the stock goes down so fast creating 15 percent loss in a day, how can I sell when the loss is so great. Then it just continues to go down more and more the next month.
Please help the little guy, My husband is a teacher, and I work at home.
