I am writing to comment on the proposed new naked short rules.
FINALLY
Please get these new rules passed.
I own NTRI and this company has been attacked and their stock price has
been manipulated down unfairly.
They have been on the Naked Short List over 120 days in a row. How fair
is that ???
It makes me want to NEVER invest in the stock market again.
I have huge paper losses on NTRI - and the main reason is because of
naked shorting of the stock. It is not a fair playing field.
