The continual naked shorting that is going on in the fianancial markets brings about a grim outlook on regulators. It is a fact that it is being ignored.
These are important trust factors that violate small investors and honest market houses across the USA and abroad.
The failure to stop these pactices in the fianancial markets could prove to cause catastrophic failure of the system, and doing nothing and allowing these practices to continue unabated will, in fact, jeopardize the system.
