-I think the SEC should require the disclosure of short sellers, as well as firms that lend their shares to short sellers. This would enable companies, such as Human Genome Sciences, Inc., to know the intent of investors meeting with our company. Since records of those holding our shares are available through various filings, why should we not have access to those shorting our shares as well?
