Bottom Line: Is naked short selling not illegal. I have contacted the SEC, my broker, company I own stock in, and no one will do anything. I own shares in CROCS Inc. Symbol CROX,, this stock is always on the REG Sho list time and time again for naked short selling listed by the NASDAQ.
The naked shorts are allowing stocks to be manipulated. How can our govt allow small investors to be manipulated time and time again after such blow ups as Enron. I feel like Enron and Worldcom were for nothing. Our govt just keeps letting the rich hedge funds get away with illegal activity such as naked shorting. I feel like this is a waste of time just like all the other complaints I have filed.
You want to help. Enforce the law and find the people that are naked shorting and arrest them. Protect the small investor, after all, it is the little man that made america great.
