this rule needs to be enforced without any exceptions to the rule PERIOD this sloppy handling of the fraudulent actions of wall street has cost the american public TRILLONS of dollars. The first people to be punished should be those responcible for the policing of these laws Maybe then the hoods will get the message that the time of reckening is HERE
