This letter is in concern to the unethical business practices at Etrade. Their terms of agreement are designed to exploit the lesser educated in the finance industry. By agreeing that I am not a professional stock trader doesn't warrant the right to charge me or any other client a fee to which wasn't disclosed in the terms and agreements, and doesn't involve any buying or purchasing of securities.I feel Etrade is practicing theft. I have sent my complaints to Etradeand I await feedback. I know this is uncommon because its happened in the past and they removed the charges, crediting my account back to normal balance. However, their response has been inconsistent. They refer to these charges as mandatory however they haven't mandated to much of anyone except the less fortunate and unspoken complaints . They are unable to provide the terms and agreements disclosure showing where I agreed to these fraudulent charges. Thank you for all you help, effort, and information.
