I support any and all tools to give retail more voice and legs to stand on when taking on the corruption and illegal activities of in the stock market. As a retail investor I am greatly concerned with the intentional complexity of our current regulatory system functions. The current system is designed by the few large firms to keep control of the system. Any incentive to get more of the public or private participants to report and keep these firms accountable. Also the follow up for whistle blowers needs to be followed through. Right now the SEC is simply fining wrong doers a small amount. A fine that these large firms doing illegal activities such has hiding fails to deliver and rolling them over in hopes of never settling is nothing more than the cost of doing business. I want more and more severe penalties for illegal wrong doing
