To the and Exchange Commission,

The unethical practices in the House, Senate and Financial
institutions, fill me with frustration, anger and fear. None of you
care about the average citizen, only "what's in it for you".

I'm NOT counting on you to make a stronger rule that closes the
loophole. Americans who've worked hard to save for retirement deserve
peace of mind about their financial security.
