To the and Exchange Commission,

I was a victim of being signed up for a credit protection scam at my
bank, Wells Fargo. Consumers need protections. I am now on Social
Security and I can't afford to have banks scamming me and taking what
little money I have to depend on.

I'm counting on you to make a stronger rule that closes the loophole.
Americans who've worked hard to save for retirement deserve peace of
mind about their financial security.
