Without these rule changes, you are letting the fox remain in the hen
house to feed at their discretion at the expense of peoples hard earned
money. Is it no wonder people are setting on their money on the
sidelines.They know Wall Street is just waiting to rip them off again.

I'm counting on you to make a stronger rule that closes the loophole.
Americans who've worked hard to save for retirement deserve peace of
mind about their financial security.
