Jun 21, 2018 Securities and Exchange Commission To the and Exchange Commission, I have a friend who lost her spouse and now works two jobs. She moved her money to an investment company and requested.not to be in high risk investments. Long story short she lost thousands of dollars. She will have to work along time to make up this loss and she is 62 years old. This should not have happened I'm counting on you to make a stronger rule that closes the loophole.
