Jun 21, 2018 Securities and Exchange Commission To the and Exchange Commission, As a retired American I am on a fixed income and rely on sound financial advise given by a financial advisor that makes it his/her mission to give advice that will be to my advantage not theirs. I truly feel that a law should be passed that protects my financial security. I believe this is called fiduciary responsibility and should be the goal of every financial advisor. Please close the loophole that currently exists. My financial health depends on it. I'm counting on you to make a stronger rule that closes the loophole.
